Welcome to the site of Pulvermacher Construction LLC.

Vic Pulvermacher is the president and owner of Pulvermacher Construction. He grew up on a rural farm near Waunakee. His childhood farming life started him off with a great work ethic and a love of the outdoors. He got an early start in his future career. His dad jump-started Vic's passion for building and woodworking by hooking him up with a full metal and wood shop. At the age of 10 he was able to use power tools! Vic loved working in the basement and building many different things. Vic's first sale was in 7th grade, 1968, he sold a hand-carved finger peace sign bookend to one of his teachers for $40—the rest is history!

After graduating from Waunakee High School, he studied architecture and design; that is when Vic discovered his passion for designing and drawing homes. Once Vic started in the work force, he spent several years learning the art of finish carpentry and the craft of rough framing.

In 1991, Vic started his own custom home building and design business, Pulvermacher Construction. Vic's business has allowed me to create custom homes for all my clients that are a reflection of the homeowner’s life style, just as a home should be.

Vic enjoys making a difference in his community. Here is a list of some of his past valunteer work:

  • Habitat for Humanity volunteer Builder
  • President of Madison Area Builder's Association, 2008
